Skiatook Family Clinic is a rural health clinic serving our community with primary care for children, adults, and older adults. We are here for the checkups, the surprises, and the long-term conditions that need steady attention.
What we do
Preventive and wellness care
Checkups, screenings, and wellness visits that catch problems early, while they are still small and easier to treat.
Chronic disease management
Steady, ongoing care for diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and other long-term conditions, with regular follow-up and adjustments over time.
Sick visits
Feeling unwell? Call us and we will see you as soon as we can. If it is an emergency, call 911.
On-site lab draws
Lab drawing service is available Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, so most routine bloodwork can be done right here.
When we refer you elsewhere
We handle most care here in the clinic. When you need imaging, women’s health exams, or a specialist such as orthopedics or surgery, we will refer you and help coordinate your care so you are not left to sort it out on your own.

Insurance
We accept Medicare, SoonerCare (Oklahoma Medicaid), the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and most commercial insurance plans. If you have questions about your coverage, please call us before your visit.
Becoming a patient
We accept new patients age six and older. Download and complete the New Patient Packet before your first visit and bring it with you, or call and we will mail one to you.
